I Booked a longer term stay at this studio and it has everything one could need, from kitchen, bathroom to bedroom.  It is perfect for a single inhabitant or couple. While it isn't oceanfront, the beach is 100% within walking distance (about 10 minutes at my pace). There is a bus stop right around the corner that takes you to the city. A huge highlight for me was how G managed the property. He was extremely kind, accommodating, and quick to take action if anything was needed. Thank you for a lovely comfortable, clean, and convenient stay in Maroubra!
