Keyless entry so you can’t lock yourself out, very convenient. The actual space includes a decent size kitchen, bathroom and storage cupboard and a good size bedroom with wall mounted TV and wardrobe.

Maroubra beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk down the hill,Pacific Square and other shops are very close also under 10 minutes walk, with theSydney CBD under 10km away and easily accessible withnearby buses and trams.

Car, bus and tram all easily accessible. A single car space is available at the front of the house - please use the space closest to our neighbour 47 Galvin St (lower side of the slope)

The apartment has no living room and is accessed via the side entrance to the left of the main house. The main house is often occupied and some noise may be heard from it, however it is generally very quiet.
